CityStreetRN provides blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring in accessible community settings. Participants receive their results, understandable education, and guidance about appropriate follow-up.

CityStreetRN participates in health fairs, cultural events, resource fairs, shelter outreach, library programs, faith-based activities, and neighborhood gatherings. Services are tailored to the needs of each audience and community partner.
CityStreetRN offers meaningful service opportunities for nurses and students in nursing, emergency medical services, community health worker, public health, social work, and related programs. Under appropriate supervision, volunteers may assist with monitoring, education, community engagement, outreach preparation, resource development, and program evaluation.
